• CAN I PRE-ORDER OR HOLD RSD RELEASES IN ADVANCE? 🚫 

No. Due to standard RSD protocol, participating stores are NOT permitted to take pre-orders or hold anything in advance.

• CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONCE COPY OF ANY RSD RELEASE? 🚫

No. Each customer is limited to one copy per title. Duplicate transactions will be cancelled and refunded.

• WILL  MY IN-STORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER BE READY TO PICKUP TODAY? 

You will receive both an "Order Completed" email AND a text message update indicating your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.  PLEASE DO NOT expect your order to be ready same-day, so PLEASE DO NOT arrive at the shop BEFORE receiving those updates to pickup your order.

• HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT BEFORE MY ORDER IS PROCESSED? IS MY ORDER SECURE?

We will be dealing with a high volume of orders so it may take a few days for us to get to each order. Our staff will be working around the clock and they'll be sending updates with tracking information as quickly as possible. We can assure you that your order is secured! We also ship all our vinyl mail orders in heavy duty Whiplash LP Mailers.

• Items have a 30-day return window from date of purchase. Returned items must be in same condition as received with tags and receipt / packing slip.
• Customer pays for shipping on returns for items that are not damaged or defective.
• Cancelations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for split seams that occur during shipping; however, we are happy to open records and ship outside sleeve upon request.
