Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
All media orders will ship via USPS Media Mail unless otherwise indicated. We take great care in our packaging to ensure orders arrive to you quickly and safely. Shipping times may vary, but we ship most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (with some exceptions, such as the weeks immediately following Record Store Day events, when we have a massive influx of orders).

Please be aware that if your order includes a mix of both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will likely be held until all items are in stock and ready to be shipped in a single package, in order to keep shipping costs down. 

☞ Seam Splits Are Preventable!
If you would like your vinyl orders opened and shipped with the discs placed outside of the sleeve to avoid seam splits, please leave us a note at checkout or send us a message immediately after placing your order. (We always process and ship our PACDs Signed Exclusives this way to pre-emptively avoid this type of potential damage to these limited-quantity items.)

Missing Packages
Tracking information for new orders usually updates within 24-72 hours. Once your order departs from our facility, we no longer have control over it. For assistance with missing packages, please reach out to your local post office branch or selected carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages and are not able to refund you for your purchase if your package was stolen after delivery. 

While we can help you file a claim, if UPS or Fedex deliver your package and take a proof of delivery photo, it is unlikely they will reimburse the missing package.

International Orders
We do not offer international shipping through this website. However, if you live outside of the US and would like to inquire about placing an order, please email us at info@parkavecds.com and our online team will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and further information.

Free Shipping Over $100
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more! Eligible orders can select "Free Shipping ($100 & over)" at checkout.

Free In-Store Pickup
If you are in the Orlando area and can make it to the shop, we offer FREE in-store pickup on online orders! Please get in contact with us or leave a note at checkout if you need accommodations for curbside pickup.
