GENERAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@parkavecds.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to provide full or partial refunds or exchanges, depending on the item and the issue at hand.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards. Any items marked as damaged on the product page are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

Damaged or defective items:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. -
Change-of-mind or unwanted items:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. -
Restocking fee:
Depending on the circumstances of the return, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. -
Item condition:
Items returned incomplete or in unsellable condition may be subject to a partial refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
We generally will attempt to determine the eligibility of a return or exchange, the refund amount, and any applicable fees before asking you to send a product back. Exchanges and replacements will not be sent until the returned item has arrived to us. Please do not ship items back to the shop without prior approval.
- Refunds are only issued via the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return at the shop for the refund or exchange to be initiated on our end.
- Processing times for refunds may vary by bank or credit card company and can also be slower during peak seasonal times. In our experience, most refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and still you haven't seen the return posted to your original account, please contact us at info@parkavecds.com.
International Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping:
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All international purchases are considered final and delivered AS IS
- If you discover a defective disc within sealed packaging, please contact us and we’ll do our best to reach a fair solution.
- If an international package is lost after entering the shipping carrier’s system, we can file a claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement from the carrier.
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to deny return requests if we believe the return process is being abused.
RECORD STORE DAY AND PACDs SIGNED EXCLUSIVES RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS:
Due to the extremely limited nature of these releases we have special stipulations for purchases made for RSD titles and PACDs Signed Exclusives. These rules may supplant or replace our policies for general merchandise.
- You have a 30-day return window from date of purchase. Returned items must be in same condition as received with the original price tags and receipt / packing slip.
- Customer pays for shipping on returns for items that are not damaged or defective.
- Cancelations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- These items are strictly limited to 1 (one) per customer / account / address / etc. Blatant violations of this policy will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for split seams that occur during shipping. We are always happy to open records and ship discs outside of their sleeves upon request.
