Amsterdam's punked-out, proto-metal outlaws Death Alley play rip roarin' heavy psychedelic music that delivers a kick ass new take on old school Rock N' Roll, mashing Motörhead and Black Sabbath to create a blistering, raw sound. Following the band's celebrated Tee Pee Records debut, ''Black Magick Boogieland,'' Death Alley -- who features in its ranks ex-members of rock cult The Devil's Blood -- was asked to perform live at the 2016 edition of Holland's revered Roadburn Festival. The resulting four song set left jaws agape and minds blown! The group delivered a searing set of songs that kicked off with a ripping cover of The Devil's Blood's ''It's On,'' bookended with a 20 minute extended version of ''Black Magick Boogieland'''s awesome ''Supernatural Predator.''By all accounts, this performance was moving, magical and one for the ages!
