Packaged in a clamshell box set, it contains "Dr. Feelgood," "Same Ol' Situation (S.O.S.)," "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)," "Without You" and "Kickstart My Heart." Also included are two Motley Crue-branded Band-Aids.
